Tennis Sport

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Hai Phan ("we", "us") for the Tennis Sport app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility & Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Tennis Sport. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with a parent's or guardian's permission
• Give accurate information in your profile. Skill level, rating points, and years playing are self-reported — be honest so other players can find a fair match
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in secure
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone

2. Community Rules

When you use profiles, messages, team chat, matches, teams, or reports, you must not:

• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate anyone
• Post hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable content
• Send spam, scams, or unsolicited advertising, or ask players to pay money up front
• Share someone else's private information (phone number, address, photos) without their consent
• Create fake matches or teams, or file false reports, no-show claims, or results
• Use the app for anything illegal, or try to break, scrape, or misuse the service

3. Your Content

You own the content you post (profile, photo, bio, messages, team information). You give us a limited license to store and display it to the players who are allowed to see it, only to run the app. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to share it.

4. Reporting, Blocking & Moderation

• You can block any player and report a player, message, match, or team from inside the app. The reported player is not told who reported them
• We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours where possible. Actions include removing content and suspending or removing the offending account
• We do not punish a player automatically based on a single unverified report or no-show claim

5. Meeting Other Players

Tennis Sport helps you find players; it does not screen or verify users, courts, or matches. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting other players. Meet at public courts, tell someone where you are going, and do not share private information or pay anyone in advance. Tennis is a physical activity — play within your fitness level.

6. Teams & Team Finance

Team finance features only record dues, court fees, expenses, and payments entered by team members. The app does not move or hold money. Any payment is made directly between players and is their own responsibility. We are not a party to arrangements between players or teams.

7. Ending Your Use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of any player, for injuries or losses from matches or meetings, for disputes between players or teams, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

9. App Store

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Where these Terms do not cover a point, Apple's Standard EULA applies.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll reflect significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
